Callfidence
Welcome

Confidential meetings, on autopilot.

Callfidence sends a consent officer into the meetings you choose. It announces that the call is confidential, asks everyone to agree to keep what's discussed private, and logs that agreement as evidence β€” so you don't have to police it yourself.

The officer watches for meetings with a video link and joins the ones matching your rules.

On join it announces the terms and asks each participant to agree to keep the call confidential.

Who agreed, and when β€” captured as a timestamped record you can point to later.
Create your account

One account, so you're never asked twice.

Your Callfidence account remembers the agreements you've made. Accept the confidentiality terms once and you're pre-cleared in every meeting that uses them β€” the officer skips prompting you and goes straight to everyone else. No account, and you'd have to say "I agree" in every single call.

πŸ”
Your standing agreement, remembered
Agree to the terms once; we keep that record so you're pre-cleared going forward.

Read-only calendar access
Signing in connects your calendar so the officer can find your meetings. We never change your events.
πŸ›‘οΈ
Everyone else is still asked live
Your account only pre-clears you. Other participants are still prompted and logged in every call.

By signing in you agree to Callfidence's terms. You'll review the confidentiality terms you're accepting in a moment.

Step 1 of 4

Connect your calendar.

You're signed in with one account already. Connect the other provider too if you use both β€” the officer will watch every calendar you link. Read-only access; we never change your events.

Step 2 of 4

Which meetings should it join?

By default the officer joins every meeting where you're a participant. Widen or narrow that here β€” build your own join / skip rules by title, creator, or participants. You can change this anytime from the dashboard.

Step 3 of 4

Talk to the officer, mid-call.

Say a wake word and the officer can run tasks for you during a call β€” without you lifting a finger. It's off by default; turn it on and pick what it's allowed to do. You can change all of this later under Voice Commands.

How it replies: for now the officer answers in the meeting chat and shows what it's doing on its video tile β€” it doesn't speak back yet.
Step 4 of 4

Agree once, skip the live prompt.

These are the terms every participant is asked to accept. Agree now and you're pre-cleared in every meeting that uses them β€” the officer won't stop to prompt you during the call.

A preview from your connected calendars. Once you've agreed, you won't be prompted in any of these.

Callfidence Confidentiality

You're asked to keep this meeting confidential.

Someone is asking you to agree to a confidentiality agreement, enforced by Callfidence, before your call.
Callfidence sends a consent officer into the meeting. It announces that the call is confidential and records that everyone agreed to keep what's discussed private β€” a clear, timestamped record, so nobody has to police it by hand.
Don't want to be asked every time?
Make a free account and you'll never be asked again for calls someone wants confidential β€” no more emails like this. You can also make your own meetings confidential, on autopilot.
